Now its time to dig into the benefits of becoming a Certified Travel Consultant. Here, I will explain and detail a little bit about our two options when registering to join our team. The benefits and perk packages that our company has to offer is outstanding. Although it is not health, vision, dental, or 401k related, the benefits are out of this world. Certified Travel Consultants are put into the drivers seat once we finish our training and become certified. We have the abilities to book customized trips for our clients, rather its a small family of four, a romantic get away for two, or a class reunion of 30 plus. the options are limitless. In the photo to the below you will see a list of our Travel Club perks. Now the prices here are from last quarter, as our updated version has not yet been published, but if you take a look at the second option. Cozumel Mexico. The most beautiful and Luxurious Mexican resort in all of Mexico. If you were to try and book this for a client it will come with discounts and specials, but still run you close to about $1200/person. Certified Travel Consultants have access to this trip for $290/week and the condo sleeps up to four. All we have to do that's an extra cost is pay for a flight there and back. other then that the resort is ALL INCLUSIVE FOR CTC'S!
Time now to get into the compensation plan. I myself am no expert when it comes to the compensation plan but I know the basics and there are always updates to it that we all will need to keep up with and wrap our heads around when these changes take flight. in the photo to the left you will see there are many different ways to be compensated for our hard work in this industry with this company. these are extra ways to be paid a residual income on top of what we as Travel Agents make by booking Outstanding Vacations for our Wonderful Clients.

Above you will see the first five levels of promotion you can achieve with our company. once you are certified and pass all the tests and training that is required, It will be time t start creating what I like to call the "The List of Empowerment" Which I got from my team Leader/Sponsor. The List of Empowerment is a list you create that will help you bring in new Travel agents into our team so we can build a new lifestyle for everyone on our team. The list will consist of 25 to 50 names as a RTC/CTC all the way to Regional. Once you hit Regional you add 50 more names to your list and use that list until you hit Presidential, from there you will need to add 100 names to a brand new list and it will carry you to our Diamond Level where the opportunities are endless. The names on this List of Empowerment will be names of people that you know, then once you have your first list of 25 or 50 you will put each one into categories and then start from there you will keep in contact with these 25-50 people and you will have at least your first three new team members.
